In Copenhagen, near Vibenshus Runddel, a landmark mixed-use development is taking shape — combining 9,000 m² of office space, 6,000 m² of residential housing, and 3,869 m² of underground parking, all constructed directly above a new metro line.
Developed by ATP Ejendomme and developed in collaboration with Raundahl & Moesby A/S, Dissing+Weitling, EKJ Consulting Engineers AS, and Sweco Danmark A/S, the project sets new standards for complex, high-density urban construction.
CN3 has served as ICT Manager for this ambitious undertaking, ensuring seamless digital collaboration from early design to final delivery. Beginning with the architects at Dissing+Weitling during the design phase and continuing with Raundahl & Moesby through construction, CN3’s digital coordination ensures constructability, minimizes risk, and prevents costly delays.
